  • The Foundation Series is perfect for anyone navigating change — a career shift, retirement, layoff, or simply feeling ready for something new. It helps them reconnect with who they are, what matters most, and what’s next.

  • Each gift covers a spot in a live, small-group experience led by Ryan Reichert-Estes, CPCC. Participants attend three 90-minute sessions over three weeks, gain personalized coaching, and receive reflection tools they can use long after the series ends.

    Additionally, the coaching add-on provides private 1:1 coaching before and after the program that supports intention setting and action planning.

  • Digital gift cards are delivered via email. You can choose who receives the email (either yourself at your email address, or the intended recipient's email address) and when (immediately, or on a specific date/time).


  • They simply visit the link printed on the certificate to choose their preferred cohort date and register using the code provided. Each cohort runs multiple times throughout the year, so they can pick what fits their schedule.

  • Yes. If your recipient can’t use it, they can transfer it to someone else. Each code is only valid for one use.

  • Gift cards have no expiration date. If a recipient cannot attend any scheduled cohorts, please contact us for additional options.
