A message from Ryan
Hi, I’m Ryan Reichert-Estes—an Ignite the Spark alum turned certified coach, community builder, and now, the person honored to carry this incredible work forward.
When I did Ignite in 2015, I was in the middle of a big career shift. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted—but I knew I wanted something more fulfilling. The experience helped me rediscover who I am at my best. It gave me language, tools, and a sense of possibility that has shaped every decision since.
That clarity led me to start StackRise Coaching, to move abroad, and to live more intentionally. Now, I’m building a new chapter for Ignite—and I want you to be part of it.
